The open class is suitable for advanced beginners and up, with options for those who would like to try more advances poses.

London Dance Academy – Anti Gravity Yoga (7th March, 19:30, £15) In each of the AntiGravity Yoga classes, you train in flexibility, strength, mobility and agility while simultaneously experiencing joy. The teachers nurture playful energy and at the same time help to condition your body and the sessions will increase your overall health while you are having fun and creating beauty.

4. Ugly Duck – AcroYoga Dance (7th March, 07:00, £75 for a six-week course) Head to Tanner Street every Tuesday for a two hour AcroYoga Dance session. The class is led by Eugene Butcher and Pip Illysium, international AcroYoga teachers and performing duo. Known for their mesmerising flowing sequences, this pair will inspire you to fly, base, expand and strengthen on a journey of AcroYoga Movement.

5. Triyoga Soho – Wednesday Night Yoga (15th March, 20:30, £17) Enjoy a midweek recharge in this energising and eclectic hour of asana entertainment. Starting at 20:30, Wednesday night yoga is the perfect way to work on your flexibility and strength, as well as wellness training after a long day.

6. Deptford Market Yard – Yoga at Win & Ruby (15th March, various times, £10) Join the team at Win & Ruby for yoga classes in store with vinyoga. Classes are £10 a session and are excellent for those new to the practice and people who want to find their own space in the city. Be sure to book your place early as spaces are filling up fast!

7. Triyoga Chelsea – Kids Yoga (15th March, 16:00, prices vary) Yoga isn’t just for adults, it can also be a great activity for kids to get involved in too. If you have kids aged between four and six, bring them down to Triyoga in Chelsea. During the hour with the instructor, they’ll have fun learning all about the practice and trying out positions to help them with flexibility and relaxation. Specifically tailored for children, this class hopes to inspire a whole new generation.

8. TriYoga Camden- Pregnancy Yoga (21st March, 12:45, £17) These classes combine gentle postures adapted from Hatha yoga, including breath and relaxation techniques to positively affect your health and wellbeing and help your feel more connected to your body during your pregnancy.

Triyoga Chelsea- Warm Vinyasa Flow, open (22nd March, 18:15 £17) This flowing style of yoga harmonises breath and movement to give strength grace and freedom and takes place in an infrared heated room (around 30-35 degrees). This open class is suitable for advances beginners and up, with the opportunity for the more experienced to try more advanced yoga techniques.

10. TriYoga Camden- Teens Yoga Club (30th March, 16:00, £17) This is a yoga class for young adults aged from 12 years up. These sessions are all about reducing stress in teenagers and gaining strength and flexibility. They start with fun flowing sequences to warm up your body, followed by restorative yoga poses. There will also be breath work, relaxation techniques and short meditation.
