- 100g puffed brown rice

- 90g oatmeal

- 75g dried cranberries

- 75g blanched chopped almonds

- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

- 70g melted coconut oil

- 4 tbsp almond butter

- 60ml brown rice syrup

- ½ tsp vanilla extract
1 Line a 20x20cm baking tin. Combine the oatmeal, rice, cranberries, chopped almonds and cinnamon into a bowl.
2 In another bowl, combine coconut oil, almond butter, brown rice syrup and vanilla extract.
3 Mix both mixtures together and press into a tin.
Chill for 30 minutes. Turn out of tin and cut into 16 bars and keep chilled.
