- 30g golden flaxseeds

- 90g rolled oats

- 50g unsweetened desiccated coconut

- 180ml raw honey

- 1 vanilla pod, split and scraped

- 130g peanuts

- 80g raisins
1 Line a 20x20cm baking tin. Blend the flaxseeds, oats and coconut in a food processor.
Pour into a bowl and add the honey, vanilla seeds, and peanuts.
2 Stir well, then add the raisins. Press the mixture into the tin and freeze for 30 minutes.
