Ingredients
210g Oat Flour -
1 tsp baking powder -
1 egg -
225ml unsweetened almond milk -
1 tbsp creamy peanut butter -
2 tbsp PBfit peanut butter powder -
1 tbsp virgin coconut oil, melted -
43g dark chocolate -
A splash of Bourbon Madagascar vanilla
1. Combine oat flour and baking powder
2. Add milk, egg, coconut oil, peanut butter, PBfit peanut butter powder and vanilla to dry mix
3. Let the batter thicken for about five minutes (do not stir)
4. Add dark chocolate chips and fold in
5. Heat your pan to medium and grease with coconut oil
6. Place spoonful (about two tablespoons) of batter for each pancake onto your pan
7. Cook on one side until the top starts to slightly bubble
8. Flip over and cook for additional two to three minutes or until ready
9. Finish with your choice of topping and voila!
