Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
200 g almond flour
2 eggs
50ml vegetable oil
50g cocoa powder
2 tsp skimmed milk
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
30g unsweetened chocolate chips
13g Splenda Granulated
Method
- First, preheat oven to 180°C and line a loaf tin with parchment paper.
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl with a fork. Then add in oil, milk, and eggs and stir well.
- Next, add the almond flour, cocoa powder, Splenda Granulated, baking soda, and salt and mix well.
- Pour batter into the loaf tin and top with chocolate chips. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
