20g oats -
1⁄2 banana, mashed -
1 egg white -
1 tablespoon of milk (your choice) -
1⁄2 teaspoon of baking powder -
Coconut oil (to cook your pancakes in) -
1 tablespoon Linwoods Milled Flaxseed, Bio Cultures and Vitamin D
Method:
1. Mix the oats, banana and egg whites together.
2. Blend until consistency is smooth.
3. Pour pancake mix into a heated pan and fry for two to three minutes until golden on both sides.
Top with:
