Another royal baby is officially on the way and we couldn’t be any happier for Kate Middleton and Prince William on their exciting news! But being a duchess doesn’t mean that motherhood comes without it’s difficulties.
Fronting the Heads Together campaign alongside her husband and Prince Harry, Kate gave us a rare insight into life as a royal mum. “It is lonely at times and you do feel quite isolated but actually so many other mothers are going through exactly what you are going through,” she said whilst visiting a west London high school. She also admitted to feeling “overwhelmed” by how demanding being a parent can be and believes that starting conversations about mental health with children earlier could be the key to end the stigma.
With her third child due to arrive around March/April 2018, Kate is said to be suffering with severe morning sickness which has forced her to cancel upcoming royal engagements and prompt a statement released by Kensington Palace. “As with her previous two pregnancies, The Duchess is suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum. Her Royal Highness will no longer carry out her planned engagement at the Hornsey Road Children’s Centre in London today,” the official press release read.
The new addition will join Prince George, 4 and Princess Charlotte, 2 and will most likely be just as cute!
