Well thankfully we can now lay this theory to bed as the lovely team at Reebok have enlisted ambassador Gigi Hadid to allow us to put our fitness levels to the ultimate test. Here she answers a series of quick fire questions while holding a plank position. So get on the floor and see if you can hold the move for longer.
