It’s fair to say that 2020 hasn’t been the kindest to us, and with the new tier systems in place, it seems that home workouts are here to stay a little while longer.
In some parts of the country, gyms, studios and leisure centres have been forced to close their doors once again, so if you’re craving a sense of community from your living room, The Yoga Class could help.
This new digital-only platform offers a range of sessions, whether you’re a complete beginner or a well-versed yogi.
Founded by Laura Dodd, a certified yoga and meditation teacher, The Yoga Class will focus on yoga basics, meditation, vinyasa, power yoga and yoga skills sessions.
However, if you’re looking for a more tailored approach to yoga, there is a private studio which will enable you to take part in 1-to-1 teaching with Laura herself.
Members will also have access to the digital studio classes library, where you can find new classes and content every week.
Expect to see sessions, such as Vinyasa Flow, Power Flow, guided Meditations, as well as Mindful Movement and Skills tutorials.
So if you’re looking for a new way to warm up as we head into the new year at home, why not challenge yourself with a little bit of yoga?
Membership to The Yoga Class is available on a monthly (£23.98) or yearly (£178.97) basis.
Not ready to commit? You can also try it for free across seven days.
