ON EMBARRASSING GYM MOMENTS
My personal trainer was trying to set me up with a guy in the gym. She was chatting away to him and I could feel my face getting red but I’ve been with this man for almost three years now, so thanks Michelle!

ON COPING UNDER PRESSURE
I totally panic and then have a little word with myself, which usually works.

ON HER FAVOURITE FOODS
I’m really into my greens at the moment. Broccoli, spinach, courgette and pak choi are my faves. You can fill out any meal with them and they are so low in calories. I also love tuna and spinach pizzas.

ON HER ULTIMATE GUILTY PLEASURE

Carbs, especially pasta and bread. When I do eat them it’s good to know that the Nature’s Way White Kidney Bean Extract lowers the GI of foods which helps me to feel fuller for longer and reduces my cravings.
