ON HER REST DAY TREATS
It would have to be burger and chips. I work out hard, so having the occasional drive-through is OK. I also like to enjoy a big glass (or two) of red wine.

ON EMBARRASSING GYM MOMENTS

Everyone at some point falls off the treadmill and I am no exception. Ouch!

ON COPING UNDER PRESSURE

I remember to breathe.

ON HER DREAM WORKOUT PARTNER

It has to be Brian McFadden (he was next to me when I was asked this question!)

ON MUSIC TO WORK OUT TO
Anything by Simon Posford helps me push past my plateau.

ON HER FAVOURITE HEALTHY SNACKS
I’ll always pop a couple of Bounce Protein Balls into my gym bag, for a energy boost during a workout.

ON EXERCISING OUTDOORS
I like to work up a sweat at the gym, but also in the park. It’s good to mix up my exercise routine so I don’t lose interest.

ON MOTIVATION
My son Indio is my main drive in life – I want to be the best I can for him.

ON HER FAVOURITE FILM
Without a doubt it has to be The Shawshank Redemption. Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman’s acting is outstanding, and the story is wonderful. I think I have watched it hundreds of times but am not bored of it yet.
