Ingredients
300g noodles -
2 tbsp oyster sauce -
Half a courgette (thinly sliced) -
Chilli oil (to taste) -
Fresh cracked black pepper (to taste)
1. Bring a pot of hot water to boil. Put the noodles in to cook.
2. Once the noodles are about ready to your likeness, put the courgette (or any other vegetables of yours choice) in the same pot.
3. Bring the water back to boil and strain.
4. Put the strained noodle in the bowl you will eat from.
5. Put in the oyster sauce, chilli oil and crack black pepper and stir well.
